Diaphragm Breathing

Patients are always shocked when I tell them that their breathing is dysfunctional. This can lead to neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain and having trouble winding down from stress. The guide below goes over the anatomy of the diaphragm as well as some helpful cues to better engage the diaphragm as you breathe.
