Neck Mobility

Necks can be the source of a lot of pain and stiffness and often a very large contributor to headaches. Necks are delicate and sensitive so it is important to safely but effectively stretch and mobilise through the neck and shoulders to improve you range of motion and decrease pain, stiffness and headaches. Neck exercises should be treated with caution and done gently. The muscles of the neck are small and don't require a lot of force to relief.
