Our Cancellation Policy
At our clinic, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When you make a booking, you are securing a dedicated time with your Osteopath, and we commit that time solely to your care.
Because we operate by appointment only, late cancellations or missed appointments directly affect our ability to offer that time to other patients who may be waiting for care. Our cancellation policy helps us keep appointment availability fair and ensures we can continue to provide high-quality treatment to all patients.
Cancellation Notice Periods
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.Failure to attend your appointment without contacting the clinic, or cancelling within 2 hours of your appointment time, will result in a fee of 80% of the consultation cost.
Monday appointments must be cancelled by the Saturday prior, as the clinic is not open to receive cancellations on Sundays.
Why This Policy Exists
Late cancellations make it difficult to offer appointments to other patients who may be in pain or in need of care. This policy allows us to:

To assist with this, a courtesy reminder text message is sent 2 days before your appointment and an email reminder is sent 1 day before your appointment.
